Description
Linacre Reservoirs is a picturesque area situated in the Peak District National Park, just outside of Chesterfield, Derbyshire. The reservoirs consist of three interconnected lakes – Upper, Lower and Middle – that were originally constructed to supply water to the town of Chesterfield. Today, the reservoirs are a popular destination for walkers, cyclists and anglers, with a number of footpaths and bridleways weaving through the surrounding woodland and moorland.
